Global company with good philosophy, but very resistant to change and development

Being an part of the global company, Sodexo EuroAsia has been on Russian market for over 20 years... And the most of the team as well. Management is resistant to change, has very limited dialogue with subordinates, and not interested in their development and growth. Even though there are many tools that can be used to train, educate, develop the employees, such tools are not available and information is hidden. No rotation of the staff, almost no possibility for promotion. Directors are very scared of competition and do not work well with professionals who have different opinion or methods of work
The hardest part of the job is to work with different departments and to find a solution that would satisfy all the parties.
The most enjoyable part of the job is client's reviews and grateful feedback for the quality of services and pleasure working with us.
