SAP is a Great place to work. The 3 things that sets it apart from others are: Ownership of work, Employee policies and overall culture of work .
Usually has 5-6 rounds of interview.
SAP offers a diverse workforce with very smart people and a solid product to implement. Solution is continually evolving and SAP resources are respected by client and other implementation partners. Loved every minute of working there.
Excellent work culture. Great place to work. Innovation is highly encouraged. Part of the Marketing and Communications Team handled areas like internal communication, PR and events.

Ability to telecommute. Learned how to mix with many different business cultures, new software and methodologies. Some needed projects were not funded and sometimes the business processes impeded your ability for creativity, Loved getting to travel the world.

Most project were short, as we typically helped clients improve their utilization of SAP solutions. 2 longer term efforts were helping a utility to understand the applications they should consider, and helping a client with many instances understand how they could simplify their operations

SAP has become much more American since beginning of the Great Recession. The company's focus has shifted from the long term to the next quarter. If SAP as a whole and your division makes it targets, the bonus pay outs are good. SAP no longer invests in the internal training needed to launch new products successfully.
