Working at Burger King showed me team work and helped my bonding and building skills and how to act in high risk or highly skilled situations and strengthened communication skills.
Short breaks and bad health conditions
It's a good place to work and had too. For advancement. Hecustomwrs can be hard to deal with bc if the geographic location but it's alright. It was what I needed when I was unemployed
Manager could be a jerk sometimes
Training was poor as after tje the initial BK on line training that was said to be a baseline measure of what you knew before working at BK. The training was at each point was flawed in that you were put to shadow others at the store. The trainers were experienced in tje role of BK but not as trainers. ththerefore
Don’t work there if you have a family not flexible at all. Manager sacked me when I was on self certificate. Never explained how the process worked offered to get a sick note and was told it was fine to get sacked 2 days later
Pay and free food on lunch
My store manager was amazing when I worked there. They helped me in every aspect, to make sure I could succeed there. They also made sure to give me flexibility in my schedule so I could allow other endeavors in my life, like school work and an acting gig. They were all very supportive and inclusive as well, as we had many LGBT+ people working there. Which in my opinion is great to have.
It was a busy year with a good crew and great managers and the team worked really well together and work was face paced but manageable.
Not bad but not all great, job is hard but a good job is appreciated. The managers did their jobs and we worked hard towards making the team great and the work place was effective with customers.
