Great service, but when you’re sick they’ll get angry and still want you to come in. The food is great, but sometimes over do it on the Mayo. Their breakfast is definitely the best food they have.
I worked for 3 Burger King locations in 2 states. You are looked at as expendable. They pay you the bare minimum but expect maximum effort from you. They want you to go above and beyond for the company, but the company does not do the same for it's employees.
Sometimes you don't get a break. If you have health problems, don't work here.
Mg job was convenient because I worked there as a high school student. I was a hard worker and the raises were little to none. I enjoyed the people I met along the way. A good learning experience.
Not a lot of hours depending on their labor
Good easy work not much to complain about keeps you busy for the whole shift so time flys by good people good food if you're looking for supplimentary income good place to work if you're looking for a career probably not
Not paid enough but very flexible with schedule job let’s you eat and if your a minor you have to have a half hour break after five hours of your a minor working the hourly manager sit there and watch you do multiple jobs by yourself and your only getting paid minimum wage
It is a good place to work if you want to work nights. I used to like working for them but they went down hill. It's a good start for teenagers. They do learn and teach many people a life skill.
Free food for employees
Health care, training
Above restaurant management isn’t the greatest, poor communication, unprofessional conduct and hostile attitudes create job insecurity, constant change in personnel, claims to offer insurance and vacation - does not - provide - irresponsible actions in actually paying employees, very chaotic Salaries are on the very low end for QSR
Flexible scheduling occasionally
Healthcare, professionalism, vacation, pay, proper communication, team work, culture.
I've worked at 6 locations. Some were good, some were bad. What you'll deal with really depends on the management and the area the restaurant is located. Busier stores pay a little more but are a lot more physical and demanding, for example. If the management sucks/doesn't like you it will be a bad experience.
Management did not communicate property about shifts, lack of productivity from other co-workers, had to do multiple co-workers jobs for them, calling in happened a lot as well.
More hours available
Lack of morale and productivity so extra work was put on me.
Managers usually rude and lazy. Constantly called names, made fun of, and treated horribly. My schedule was constantly messed up and I was doing enough work for 3 people. The employees are awesome but the good that comes from them is outweighed by just how horrible the managers are.
50% discount on food, good employees
Short breaks, low pay, lazy management, long days, horrible customers, stressful, verbal abuse from management
you wanna smell like burnt grease and burgers? this is the place for you! if you wanna work your butt off and not get recognition for it? this is the place for you!
free food if you know the blind spots
the cheese doesnt melt, dont order the cheese
This job is good for someone who doesn't have any work experience. It will teach you how to be patient when dealing with difficult people. It was like a family atmosphere and if you do what you're supposed to do and show up on time you will be ok.
